Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 Peppers
  • 500 g Lean Minced Pork
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 4 tbsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Paprika
  • 70 g Cuscus
  • 300 ml Vegetable Stock
  • Parsley
  • Cheddard cheese or Smoked Provola (some slices)
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Clean the peppers and cut them in half, removing the seeds and internal part. Cook them in the microwave for 5 minutes at maximum power.
  • Crush the garlic clove and stir fry it with the oil for 1 minute.
  • Add the meat and keep stir frying until the pork is throughly cooked.
  • Add cumin, paprika and parsley.
  • Add the cus cus and the broth, leaving it cook for few minutes, until the cuscus is ready.
  • Fill the peppers with the cus cus and meat filling, put some cheese on top and leave for few minutes under the grill, until the cheese is melt. Enjoy!
