Ingredients

  • 200 g Squids (Already clean)
  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 90 g Green Beans
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegard
  • 5 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Peel, cut in chuncks and boil the potatoes until they are throughly cooked (about 10 minutes).
  • Cut the ends of the green beans and boil them for 2-3 minutes.
  • Grill the already clean squids for about 5 minutes (make sure they are thorughly cooked before you serve them).
  • Mix the potatoes and the green beans with the white wine vinegar, add salt, oil and pepper.
  • Pour some extra virgin olive oil on the squids and enjoy!
